Daily prayer 02/09/2010: Pray for BMS supported partner worker Gyorgy Varga, church planting in a small town in Hungary and running parenting courses in connection with the local school.

Bulgaria’s transition to democracy and a market economy after the collapse of communism has not been easy and the country is striving to boost low standards of living.
Hungary’s post-communist economic transition was achieved relatively smoothly but a high level of both private and state borrowing left the country particularly vulnerable to the credit crunch of 2008.
